10. Standing Hamstring Stretch
This stretches the neck, hamstrings, again, calves and glutes.
- Stand tall along with your ft hip-width aside, knees bent barely and arms in your facet.
- As you bend ahead on the hips, exhale and decrease the pinnacle in the direction of the ground, whereas retaining our shoulders, neck and head relaxed.
